Our weight loss programs
are designed to follow our medical protocols. They encompass the
proper balance of vitamins, minerals, nutritional supplements and
foods. They provide the correct proportion of protein and carbohydrate
levels to help you accomplish your weight loss.
Pre-packaged foods do not provide satisfying variety over a long
period of time. The cost is too high, and there are no consultations
to aid in permanently changing one's lifestyle.
Learning what to eat, correct portion size and proper food combinations
are taught during our counseling sessions. These sessions also include
how to make better choices in food selection and understanding situations
that initiate stress eating. Finally, we address your need for comfort
foods and how food as a reward, or even as entertainment, affects
your thoughts and the choices you make.
If you travel or eat out frequently, with a little help and guidance
from the staff, your program is easily adapted to fit a busy schedule
and lifestyle. Again, the benefit of eating real food allows you
the freedom to eat at home...or away, and stay on track with your
program.
