The Call
You've already made the first and
most difficult step...you, in some way, have made the call!
Evaluation/Consultation
The next step is an “evaluation/consultation” with our
staff that will probably take 30 to 45 minutes. Together, you and
the staff will select the program that is best suited for you. No
“one plan fits all” here! The staff will come to understand
your expectations and together, establish your very own goals. These
steps in the process are complementary. There is never a “contract”
or legal obligation on your part at all.
Set-Up
You’ve decided to start. Now we begin! Based on the program
selected, a series of simple tests will be performed that include
body composition analysis, measurements, blood pressure and blood
work.
Instruction
Meal planning instruction begins after your tests are completed. Some
supplementation may be involved in your program. Because your program
is specific to you, you will always utilize your own food. Years of
success has shown us that prepackaged foods are unnecessary to maintain
optimum weight management and health. |

Stabilization
The next to last step is "Stabilization". This phase begins
when you have achieved your weight goal. It is the precise and systematic
monitoring of your caloric expenditure versus intake.
Maintenance
The final phase of your program assures that your new lifestyle will
become a permanent part of you life. Careful monitoring during the
maintenance phase of your program will do just that! Without a successful
maintenance program, statistics prove most "dieters" regain
their lost weight within six months. Our methods for sustained weight
management have been tested and approved by health care professionals. |
